一些Vista用戶升級到Windows7的時候，升級程序會停到62%就不動了。這是怎么回事呢？Google了一下，發現老外也有同樣的問題，哈哈，看樣子不是rp問題了。

原因據傳說是Iphlpsvc服務在升級的過程中down掉了，讓升級程序沒法子繼續進行下去了，解決的辦法也有，老外已經總結好了，icech只需要翻譯一下就ok了！

當然這個問題在微軟網站也有解決方法：

不過這里還是看中文算了。

有兩個辦法來解決：

第一種解決方法：

微軟提供了一個小軟件來解決它，只有636k大小而已。下載運行之即可。

第二種解決方法：

To resolve this problem yourself, follow these steps:

1. Restart the computer. Then, your computer will roll back to Windows Vista.
重啟計算機，這時會返回到Vista操作系統下面。

2. Click Start, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
點擊開始，鼠標右鍵“我的電腦”，選擇“屬性”

3. On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
在高級選項卡上點擊“環境變量”。

4. Under System variables, click New.
環境變量中新建

5. Type MIG_UPGRADE_IGNORE_PLUGINS in the Variable name field.
變量名稱中輸入：MIG_UPGRADE_IGNORE_PLUGINS

6. Type IphlpsvcMigPlugin.dll in the Variable value field.
變量值中輸入：IphlpsvcMigPlugin.dll

7. Click OK three times to close the dialog boxes.
點擊確定按鈕，要三次。

8. Start the upgrade installation again.
