方法如下：
1. 啟動regedit.exe 或者別的注冊表編輯器。
2. 找到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Sidebar\Settings 
3. 右鍵點擊以上注冊表項，新建一個32-bit的 名為AllowElevatedProcess 的DWORD 值
4. 右鍵點擊剛才建立的鍵值，選擇修改，將其屬性值設(shè)為 1 ，保存剛才做的修改，關(guān)閉注冊表編輯器。
按照原文說的到這里就可以了。不過我估計還有重起或者重新登入一下，因為個人習慣一直開著UAC，所以沒有測試。

1. Open the Registry Editor, or regedit.exe. You can search for regedit in the Start Menu.
