10月30日就已經有Windows 7 32bit Build 6801 DVD版的BT種子，大小有2.75GB。雖然已經有了一個6F2D7-2PCG6-YQQTB-FWK9V-932CC安裝序列號可以使用，一些網友說使用Vista RC1的序列號也能激活Windows 7。網上下載有32位和64位兩個版本，下載的時候要注意區分。如果在安裝Windows 7安裝的時候不輸入序列號，那么你只能試用30天。

雖然很多人說Windows 7就是Vista的增強穩定版，但是還是有非常多愿意做小白鼠的網友，據說已經有幾十萬人下載了網上泄漏的6801版本，現在只有英文版，連中文的補丁包也沒有。同學們可以看“Microsoft Windows 7 Beta下載（BT下載）”，也可以看icech再次介紹的：
