MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING STRENGTH ( 2010 )

Article 5, Section 2. The basis of representation and vote shall be one delegate and one vote for each Branch having a membership of five (5) per capita tax paying members or less and one additional delegate and one additional vote for each five (5) per capita tax paying members or major fraction up to (50) members and one delegate and one vote for each ten (10) members or major fraction thereof in excess of fifty members.
