Washington State Auxiliary Officers
2004-2007



PRESIDENT: Claudia Hart

Claudia has been the Auxiliary State President for ten years and has held lots of positions in her local Auxiliary. She is currently the local President for Auxiliary #71 of Spokane, WA. She has been a very active member and held numerous positions since joining the Auxiliary 25 years ago. She has four grown children, 12 grandchildren and her husband; Tom is a retired Letter Carrier and a very dedicated Union member. Her hobbies are quilting, crocheting and many different kinds of crafts. She likes to work in her yard and keep, Tom busy doing his hobby of woodworking to put new scenes in her yard for each season.



VICE-PRESIDENT: Pat Carroll

Also a Spokane Auxiliary #71 member of seven years and holds a local Auxiliary Office. She's a very busy lady with two grown sons and 6 grandchildren whom she is very involved with. She has worked for the Boy Scouts of America in Spokane for 20 years as a secretary. Her husband, Paul is a Carrier out of Spokane and the M.B.A. representative for the Local Union #442. Her hobbies are her grandchildren and touring with her husband on their Gold Wing. She and her husband love their yard and garden.



SECRETARY: Marla Cannata

Marla is a wife of a active Letter Carrier in Spokane Washington. They met at a Union Bowling day function. They have been married for 18 years and have two boys (13 and 15). She's active in her church, Boy Scouts, works at an insurance office, Treasure of Auxiliary # 71, and very helpful in all the things the auxiliary is asked to do.



TREASURER: Shirley Chaffin

Shirely is the local Auxiliary #71 treasurer also. So she comes with lots of experience. Her husband, Moe is a Washington State Executive Board member and the Vice President of his local Branch #442, Spokane, WA. Shirley has been active in the Auxiliary for 8 years. She works for the State of Washington caring for the aged and long term care people. She has 3 grown children, seven grandchildren. Shirley is a very active member of her church also.

As you can see all your State Auxiliary Officers are very busy with their families, jobs and other outside actives. Being very busy people they still find the time for local and State Offices to help the Carriers and their families combat the outside influences by the bureaucrats and those who would to take away all we've fought for all these years.
